new features:

• first version of the module connectivity test (tests most aspects of module connectivity in 3 minutes)
  (see version 6.5 release notes for more details)
• integration of TurboDAQ's scan-machinery with the SuRF system (NTC temperatures from SuRF/USB integrated into scan files, new SuRF powersupply type in power panel, etc.)
