GDAC=16
Temp reset buttons in SURF panel: only worked for 1st Surf board

Additional module resets during connectivity register tests keep
the module temperature even lower than before. (Thanks to Duc!)
When the user turns off writing of badfits files, empty files
would
still be created: Fixed.
The connectivity test turns on and off chips for some scans. This
previously had the side-effect, that upon running the test twice for
the same module, the auto-save option would save a configuration file
with some chips disabled. This has been fixed by storing all chip
settings before the connectivity test begins, and restoring them
afterwards.
Connectivity test using MAC card could crash under special
circumstances: Fixed.
